• Token Name: JUR
• Token Sale Hard Cap: 2,000,000 USD
• Total token supply: 1,000,000,000 JUR
• OceanEx GO! Allocation: 100,000,000 JUR (10% of total token supply)
• Registered Token: OCE or VET
• Public Sale token price: 1 JUR = 0.02 USD (prices equal to OCE and VET will be determined 72 hours before the sale)
• Token sale method: Weighted Average
• JUR will be released on VeChainThor Blockchain

Registration rules

• Token sale time: 18: 00–22: 00, August 28, 8 (UTC + 2019). OCE Special and VET Special will open at the same time.
• During token sales, participants can register JUR tokens through OCE or VET with their maximum token registration amount. The tokens used to register will be locked and deducted from your balance during the lockout period.
• New token distribution: OceanEx will distribute the new token and return the rest of the OCE or VET to the participant's account before 10:00, August 29, 8 (UTC + 2019).

1. OCE Special

• Tokens available for OCE Special: 20.000.000 JUR
• OCE Special sessions are open to OCE Club Members (for reference only Membership Info. Center for more information)
• Benefits of OCE Club members: Members will be granted access to the OCE Special session with the maximum amount of registration and discounts depending on their membership level. (See table below)

2. VET Special

• Tokens available for VET Special: 80.000.000 JUR
• VET Special session for all KYC users.
• Special Bonus: If you are a VeChainThor X Node Holder or OCE Club member, you will be given a higher maximum token registration amount and a discount based on X Node type and Club membership level. (See table below)

Rules for calculating Token Sale allocations

Allocating tokens during OCE and VET sessions will be reviewed and calculated differently.

- If the token sale is oversubscribed:

• Project Tokens received = (total tokens available for the current session) x (amount of your new token registration) / (total amount of new token registrations in the current session)
• Investment cost = project token received x (token price in VET or OCE) x (1 - any discount applied)
• Refunds = total amount registered on your VET or OCE - investment cost

For example:

The token available for VET Special is 80,000,000 JUR, if the total registered from all users is 160,000,000 JUR, your subscription is 10,000 JUR, your price discount is 5%, token price is 1 JUR = 100 VET (OCE):

(1) The project token you receive = 80,000,000 x 10,000 / 160,000,000 = 5,000 JUR
(2) Your investment cost = 5,000 x 100 x (1–5%) = 475,000 VET (OCE)
(3) Your refund = 10,000 x 100–475,000 = 525,000 VET (OCE)

- In all other cases your token subscription amount will be fully distributed. You will be refunded the rest of the VET (OCE) if any of the discounts are offered to you.

Note: Every account can submit new token applications up to 10 times per session. For each session, the total number of subscriptions from each account cannot exceed the account's maximum token registration amount for that session.

Benefits for OCE Club Members and Holder X Node VeChainThor

1. The maximum number of token registrations and discounts varies by membership level and X Node VeChainThor types.
2. If the total amount of your token registration in VET or OCE is X, your price discount is 5%, then your refund (VET or OCE) will be added with an additional amount of X * 5% like Rules for calculating distribution of token sale.
3. Your OCE Club membership level will be recorded the FIRST TIME you registered for Project Token Registration (including OCE Special and VET Special) and it will be used for the 2-session registration benefits.
4. Your X Node VeChainThor type will be recorded the FIRST TIME you registered for Project Token Registration in VET Special and it will be used for VET Special registration benefits.

Remind: Users need to complete KYC and accept IEO Sale Agreement (IEO Sale Agreement) before joining 2 sessions.

1. All projects are selected by OceanEx GO! are startup blockchain projects, meaning that there will be uncertainty in the application as well as sustainability in the future, so make a decision after conducting a thorough research and review.
2. The final project token you receive depends on your registration amount and the total registered amount of many other participants.
