The Republic of Belarus has long been known as one of the countries with a healthy approach to cryptocurrencies. In 2017, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko signed a decree legitimizing the use of digital assets. In the same year, Belarus's central bank set up a technology-based information network blockchain.
