Guide to staking assets to receive Flamingo (FLM)

Some notes before going into specific instructions

Procedure

* Those who hold assets on Ethereum will go from left to right in the process below (starting with "Root Assets")

Specific steps according to the milestones:

September 23 at 09:20 (Vietnam Time)

Module "Flamincome"Will be launched. You guys hold assets on Ethereum, including wETH * / WBTC / USDT / UNI-V2 WBTC-ETH LP, if you want to join farming, you will need to send the assets to the module "Flamincome" before joining Flamingo.

September 23 at 09:20 (Vietnam Time)

Module "Wrapper"Will be launched. You who hold NEO, you hold assets on Ethereum (did the "Flamincome" step above ") and you hold ONTd assets. It is possible to transfer assets from the original chain to the Neo blockchain through the "Wrapper" module to create the respective NEP-5 assets.

-> In this paragraph, I will wrap (wrap) "Assets are pegged" from the above step into a corresponding token running on NEO (NEP-1 standard) to be used in the Flamingo smart contract later ( because Flamingo runs on NEO blockchain)

September 25 at 09:20 (Vietnam Time)

The "Vault" module will be launched. Users can NEP-5 asset staking (including net NEP-5 assets and NEP-5 assets created above) into module “Vault”, and receive FLM. The time for receiving FLM will be announced later.

Requirements for Wallet:

• NEO holders just download the NeoLine wallet and don't need to send NEO to “Flamincome”. They can convert NEO to nNEO directly through the “Wrapper” module on the 23rd and stake to the module “Vault” on the 25th.
• Those who hold Ethereum assets need to download MetaMask wallet and NeoLine wallet. When loading Ethereum assets into the "Flamincome" module only Metamask is required. When using "Wrapper" to wrap assets, both MetaMask wallet and NeoLine wallet will be needed.
• Those who hold ONT assets need to download the plugin Cyano and NeoLine wallet, and no need to send ONTd to “Flamincome”. These friends can directly convert ONTd to nONTd via the "Wrapper" module on the 23rd and stake them in the "Vault" module on the 25th.

Create wallet?

Note: This user guide is for desktop version and Chrome browser only.

NeoLine wallet

Download plugin wallet NeoLine

Open NeoLine website: https://NeoLine.io/ in Chrome,

Click on "Get the Chrome plugin".

Import existing wallet into NeoLine

If you already have an Neo wallet, enter it according to this guide

Step 1: Open NeoLine plugin wallet, click “Import an existing wallet".

Step 2: Enter your wallet name, password and private key, click "Import".

Create a new wallet

* For the whole newcomer

Step 1: Click "Create a new wallet".

Step 2: Enter your wallet name and password, click "Create".

Step 3: After creating a new wallet, click on “Account details”, select “Show Private Key".

The Private Key is very important, you need to store it carefully and not let others know because it is the key that uses your wallet address.

Step 4 ： Verify and backup your private key.

MetaMask plugin wallet

Cyano plugin wallet

Download the Cyano plugin wallet

Visit the Cyano plugin wallet website in Chrome, click “Add to Chrome”.

Import an existing Ontology wallet into Cyano

Step 1: Open Cyano wallet, click “IMPORT PRIVATE KEY".

Step 2: Enter your private key and password, then restore your wallet.

Create a new wallet and keep your private key

Step 1: Open Cyano wallet, click “NEW ACCOUNT”.

Step 2: Enter the password and then register, please back up your private key.

Wrap and unwrap tokens in Wrapper?

During the launch of Flamingo, the Neo network is likely to have high traffic resulting in network congestion, so you may have to increase transaction fees to make it easier to transfer your assets through NeoLine in Wrapper.

NEO assets

Wrap NEO properties

Step 1: Access flamingo.financeClick "Wrapper".

Step 2: Click on the top right corner to connect NeoLine wallet.

Step 3: Click “Connect"On the NeoLine wallet turned on.

Check the status to make sure you're connected.

Step 4: Click “Select”On the Wrapper page and select NEO.

Step 5: Your NeoLine address will automatically pop up.

Step 6: Enter the amount of NEO you want to wrap, then click “NEXT”.

Step 7: Click “Confirm"After confirming full information.

Step 8: Based on current internet status, GAS fees will be automatically pop-up adjusted on NeoLine wallet. Click “Confirm” to confirm and the pending process will pop up.

Step 9: You can check the status of your transaction by searching for hashes in your familiar explorer.

Alternatively, you can check how much nNEO is wrapped in your NeoLine wallet.

Unwrap NEO assets

Step 1: Click “Unwrap” on the Wrapper page.

Step 2: Click “Select” and select nNEO in the token list.

Step 3: Your NeoLine address will automatically pop up. Enter the amount of nNEO you want to unwrap and the amount of NEO received is displayed automatically.

Step 4: Click “NEXT” to go to the Confirm page, then click “Confirm”.

Step 5: Based on current internet status, GAS fees will be automatically pop-up adjusted on NeoLine wallet. Click “Confirm” to confirm and the pending process will pop up.

Step 6: Now you can check the status of your transaction by searching for hashes in the transaction checkers (Neo blockchain explorer)

Alternatively, you can check the amount of NEO that has not been wrapped in the NeoLine wallet.

Ethereum assets

We will use nUSDT as an example. The original asset is transferred to an asset pegged in Flamincome, so the Ethereum asset you import into the Wrapper should be nwETH 、 nWBT 、 nUSDT 、 nLP (Uniswap V2 WBTC / ETH).

Wrap the Ethereum property

Step 1: Go to flamingo.finance, click “Wrapper".

Step 2: Click on the top right corner to connect NeoLine wallet.

Step 3: Click “Connect” on the pop-up NeoLine wallet.

Check the status to make sure you're connected.

Step 4: Connect to your MetaMask wallet.

Step 5: Select the wallet you want to connect to on the enabled MetaMask wallet and click “NEXT”. Then the second confirmation page will pop up, click “Connect”.

Step 6: Now, you can check if your NeoLine wallet and MetaMask are connected.

Step 7: Click “Select” on the Wrapper page and select nUSDT.

Step 8: Your pnUSDT (Nep-5) address will automatically pop up.

Step 9: Enter the amount of nUSDT you want to wrap and the amount received pnUSDT will be filled automatically. Then click “NEXT”.

Step 10: Click “Confirm” after confirming all information.

Step 11: Click “Confirm” in your MetaMask wallet to license nUSDT.

Step 12: After authorization and Ethereum network interaction, contract interaction will pop up on MetaMask. You can adjust the GAS fee and then click “Confirm”.

Step 13: After confirming the 12 blocks of the Ethereum network, you can check the pending process on the Transactions page. You can also click the minimize button. During this time period, you can use “View on EtherScan” to check transaction progress.

Step 14: Click “Confirm” to interact with the Neo network.

Step 15: Adjust the GAS fee in NeoLine wallet, then click “Confirm”.

Step 16: Wait about 15 seconds, click “View on NeoScan” to check transaction status.

Step 17: Click “Complete” to finish the wrap process.

Unwrap Ethereum assets

Step 1: Go to flamingo.finance, click “Wrapper”.

Step 2: Click on the top right corner to connect NeoLine wallet.

Step 3: Click “Connect” on the enabled NeoLine wallet.

Check the status to make sure you're connected.

Step 4: Connect to your MetaMask wallet.

Step 5: Select the wallet you want to connect to in MetaMask and click “NEXT”. Then, the second confirmation page will appear, click "Connect".

Step 6: Now, you can see that the NeoLine wallet and the MetaMask are connected.

Step7: Click “Unwrap” and select the property type you want to unwrap.

Step 8: Select pnUSDT.

Step 9: Your MetaMask address will automatically pop up.

Step 10: Enter the amount of pnUSDT you want to unwrap and the amount received nUSDT will be filled automatically. Then click “NEXT”.

Step 11: Click “Confirm” after confirming all information.

Step 12: Adjust the GAS fee in NeoLine wallet, then click “Confirm”.

Step 13: Wait about 15 seconds, meanwhile you can use “View on NeoScan” to check transaction status. Click “Confirm”.

Step 14: Click “Confirm” to confirm contractual interaction in MetaMask, wait for confirmation of 12 blocks on the Ethereum network.

Step 15: Click “Complete” to end the unwrap process. You can check the status of your transaction by visiting EtherScan.

Stake Assets / Get FLM?

Follow the above procedure, all of your assets have been transferred to the Neo blockchain in Wrapper. Therefore, you can now manage these assets in Vault by interacting with the NeoLine wallet. We will take NEO as an example in this section.

Stake property

Step 1: Go to flamingo.finance and click on “Vault”.

Step 2: Connect NeoLine wallet and click “Connect"In NeoLine.

Step 3: Check your assets status, including your total assets, staked assets, remaining staked assets and annual yield (APY).

Step 4: Click “Deposit” and deposit your assets.

Step 5: Check your existing nNEO amount.

Step 6. Enter the amount you want to send and click “Confirm”.

Step 7. Adjust GAS fees in NeoLine wallet, then click “Confirm”.

Step 8: Wait about 15 seconds.

Get (claim) FLM rewards

Step 1: You will receive FLM when you deposit assets and the amount of FLM is increasing with the increase of the block height. You can choose to receive FLM rewards.

Step 2: Click “Claim” to claim rewards distributed.

Step 3: Adjust the GAS fee in NeoLine wallet, then click “Confirm”.

Step 4: Wait about 15 seconds.

Step 5: The claimed FLM will show up on the Dashboard.

Property withdrawal

Step 1: Go to flamingo.finance and click on “Vault”.

Step 2: Connect NeoLine wallet and click “Connect” in NeoLine.

Step 3: Check your assets status, including your total assets, staked assets, remaining staked assets and APY.

Step 4: Click on “Withdrawal”.

Step 5: Check your existing nNEO quantity.

Step 6: Enter the amount you want to withdraw and click “Confirm”.

Step 7: Adjust the GAS fee in NeoLine wallet, then click “Confirm”.

Step 8: Wait about 15 seconds and the withdrawal will be completed.

When you finish farming you want to get back the original assets, just do the opposite steps above.
